1. Marketplace Overview

Pushable AI is a platform that connects vendors of AI agents with users. Users can purchase credits to access AI agents, and vendors earn commissions when their agents are used. We act solely as a mediator and do not directly create, own, or operate the AI agents.

2. Accounts & Verification

- Vendors: All vendors must undergo a verification process. Only after admin approval can vendors publish AI agents.

- Users: Users can access AI agents by purchasing credits. No separate eligibility restrictions are imposed, but usage must comply with these Terms.

- Account Control: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Agent Approval & Restrictions

- All AI agents must be reviewed and approved by admins before being listed.

- Duplicate or functionally identical agents may be rejected.

- Once published, agents cannot be deleted or edited by vendors. Vendors may submit new versions for approval.

4. Credits, Payments & Commissions

- Users purchase credits through supported payment gateways (Stripe and Razorpay).

- Credits can be used to run AI agents on the platform.

- Vendors earn a commission in credits when their agents are used. Vendors may later convert credits into real money subject to our withdrawal process.

- Refunds for failed or incorrect credit purchases will be handled directly by Pushable AI.

5. Responsibilities & Limitations

- Pushable AI acts only as a mediator between vendors and users. We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or performance of AI agents once approved.

- Vendors are solely responsible for the performance and legality of their agents.

- Users are responsible for ensuring their use of agents complies with applicable laws and these Terms.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

- Upload duplicate or plagiarized agents.

- Misuse the platform for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes.

- Attempt to bypass payment systems, commissions, or credit systems.

7. Intellectual Property

- Vendors retain ownership of their AI agents but grant Pushable AI a license to display, distribute, and operate the agents within the marketplace.

- Users may not copy, resell, or misuse agents outside the platform.

- Copyright/trademark infringement will result in removal of the agent and possible account termination.

8. Liability Disclaimer

Pushable AI provides the platform “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for:

- Losses caused by vendor-created agents,

- Service interruptions,

- Vendor or user disputes.

9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

- In case of disputes, we encourage resolution between vendors and users first.

- If unresolved, you agree disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India, governed by the laws of India, unless otherwise required by applicable international laws.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violations of these Terms or harmful activity.

11. Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it separately.

12. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
